macOS 11 (Big Sur) and ARM (M1-powered Macs) Support for EditShare Products

Note: Please update to 2021.3.2 if you want M1 support.
Products/Components affected: EditShare Connect, EFS Native Client, FLOW Story
EditShare is in the process of updating our macOS client software, EditShare Connect and FLOW Story, for full compatibility with macOS 11 Big Sur, and with Mac workstations running with Apple’s new ARM-based M1 CPU. Below is an overview of the anticipated timeline for support.

Big Sur is not qualified with EditShare 7. Our recommendation is to upgrade to EditShare 2020 which is qualified with Big Sur.
Please subscribe to this article or visit your product's specifications page regularly for information on the current operating system requirements.
In the meantime, we recommend that you continue to use previously qualified operating systems until further notice.

Do you have any information about EditShare gen 7 with Big Sur?
If end-users want to connect to EditShare 7 with big sur, do they have to upgrade to EditShare 2020?
I am afraid if you want editshare to work with Big Sur, you will need to upgrade to 2021.
