OVERVIEW
EditShare offers 3 levels of support. Basic (9x5), Premium (24x5) and Expert (24x7). The hours of support covered will differ for each tier.
Basic:
Defines 9x5 service support schedule start and stop times as 09:00 -18:00 in the time zone of the EditShare regional hub associated with each client’s primary country, and defaults to the holiday schedule of that EditShare regional hub
Premium:
Defines 24x5 service support schedule that starts at 09:00 on the first business day of the week and runs through until 18:00 on the last business day of the week in the time zone of the EditShare regional hub associated with each client’s primary country, and defaults to the holiday schedule of that EditShare regional hub
Expert:
Is a true 24x7 service schedule with no black out times during normal business weeks. EditShare will adhere to the holiday schedule of the regional hub associated with each client’s primary country.
