Overview

Currently Googles Chrome Web browser is unable to smoothly playback FLOW proxy file in AirFLOW.

Typically the video will playback for less than 5 seconds before stalling.

Note: This does not affect Chrome running on Intel based CPU's

Prerequisites

An M1 processor based Mac workstation and Google Chrome in a FLOW environment

Process Steps

1.  Open Google Chrome Web Browser

2.  Navigate to Settings under the top right menu

3. Expand Advanced on the left column
4. Select System
5. In the centre of the screen uncheck the Use hardware acceleration when available option

Summary

You should now find that playback of proxies in AirFLOW is smooth and consistent
