What Screeners.com email notifications are sent to viewers?

In addition to login emails, there are two types of email notifications sent from Screeners.com: New Screener and New Title emails.  

When you add or edit a Title, you can turn New Screener Notifications on or off using the toggle in the top right corner. If this setting is on, then a notification email is sent to all viewers assigned to that Title whenever a screener for that Title is made live and viewable.

New Title Notifications can be sent when you assign viewers to a Title that is already published and has content available for viewing. In this scenario, you would access the Users page, select Edit for a particular user, and assign them to one or more Titles. Upon clicking Save Changes, the following popup appears:

Click Notify to notify the viewer via email that they have access to a new Title.  

You can also set a Title’s start date in the future and choose to automatically send notification emails once that start date arrives.
