To change the password on a presentation that has already been sent:
- Go into the reports section to locate the end of the presentation.
- Make sure that you are on “Presentation” or “Send Log” level/tabs in reports.
- Find the gold padlock that signifies a password-protected presentation.
- Click on the gold padlock (it will say “Reset password” upon rollover).
- Enter the new password in the dialogue that opens up and hit “Save.”
Why would someone want/need to change a password once sent?
- The presentation was sent prematurely.
- The presentation was sent to the wrong people.
- The sender wants to have more control over who looks at what and when.
