You can use Wiredrive with Keynote and PowerPoint presentations. We have different ways to present the material that will not require the recipient to have a valid version of Keynote/Powerpoint to view.
Example 1: Keynote/PowerPoint Export to QuickTime Video - Library Reel
- This is an export to a QuickTime video from the Keynote/PowerPoint. By default, each still has a 5-second hold and 1-second transition. The slideshow is automated and the videos autoplay.
- How? Click File>Export To>Quicktime. Choose your settings; then, click Next. Name your file and select your "save" location, and then click Export. Upload this exported file to Wiredrive.

Example 2: Keynote/PowerPoint Export to images - Library Reel
- You can export a series of still images and videos from the Keynote/Powerpoint and assemble them in a Library reel presentation. The Library reel autoplays still images with a 5-second duration before transitioning into the next slide or video. The videos also autoplay when queued and transition to the next slide when complete.
- How? Click File>Export To>Images. Choose your settings; then, click Next. Name your file and select your "save" location, and then click Export. Upload this series of images to the Wiredrive Library, and then assemble them into a Reel in the correct order.

Example 3: Keynote/PowerPoint Export to images - Library Gallery
- You can export a series of still images and videos from the Keynote/Powerpoint and assemble them in a Library gallery presentation. Library gallery starts on a home screen and transitions into a user-controlled slideshow. The videos also autoplay when queued. This differs from a Reel as it does not automatically transition through images.
- How? Click File>Export To>Images. Choose your settings; then, click Next. Name your file and select your "save" location, and then click Export. Upload this series of images to the Wiredrive Library, and then assemble them into a Gallery in the correct order.

Example 4: Assembled Keynote - Project Gallery
- You can export a series of still images and videos from the Keynote/Powerpoint and assemble them in a Project gallery presentation. The Projects gallery starts on a home screen and transitions into a user-controlled slideshow. The videos also autoplay when queued. This differs from a Library gallery as it contains file metadata and allows for comments and approvals.
- How? Click File>Export To>Images. Choose your settings; then, click Next. Name your file and select your "save" location, and then click Export. Upload this series of images to the Wiredrive Project. Projects are automatically sorted alphanumerically, so they should appear in the correct order.
