Why is there a charge on my credit card from Wiredrive?

You may have spotted an unrecognized e-mail notification or credit card charge on your card statement as [WIREDRIVE ###-###-8238]. This is a charge based on a contractual agreement between your company and Wiredrive to provide this service. We can provide a copy of your contract if you send an email request to our Customer Success team at customersuccess@editshare.com.

I still don’t know what Wiredrive is. Who are you? 

Wiredrive is a Software as a Service (SaaS) based system platform which allows for storing and sharing of large files, and it serves as a single spot to collaborate and collect all reviews for a project.

I’m still not sure. Where can I get more info?
