Track Your Usage

Administrators can see account-wide usage by going to the Administration page and clicking Usage along the top of the page. The Usage tab will show all available seats and storage usage. Usage numbers are updated daily at 8AM UTC.

Click the gear icon in the navigation bar to access the Administration page:

Below your usage summary are two notification options.

• Weekly Usage Digests: A summary of plan details including current usage, storage remaining, current user count, and number of available user seats remaining.
• Storage Alerts: Notifies when workspace storage is approaching or exceeds its limit.

You have the option add any e-mail address or workspace user to the list of people that you choose to receive these notifications.
