The Analytics tab makes it easier for you as an administrator to see an overview of all your viewers’ activity. Here, you can see key statistics about your audience and their engagement with your videos, including percentage of screeners watched and completed, as well as screeners per viewer.
Filtering analytics
On the Analytics page, you can filter your data by date range and by title. To filter by date, select your start and end date.
To filter by title, click the “Choose a Title “ tab and select the title.
Definitions
Total Audience measures the total number of viewers who have access to your titles.
Engagement indicates the percentage of viewers who have started watching at least one screener
Completion rate shows the percentage of viewers who have completed watching available screeners.
Screeners Per Viewer indicates the average number of screeners a viewer has watched.
Location Mapping
You can also see the locations of recent viewer activity in the Geo Map. Zoom in and out and move around in the map viewer to see precise locations of your viewers.
Downloading Analytics
To export all of your analytics for internal record-keeping, click the “Download Analytics” button. This will export your analytics as a zip file containing four .csv files (Analytic Statistics, Overall Location Information, Viewer Data, and Viewer Activity) for your selected dates and title(s).
