Screeners.com offers three administrator types to suit different aspects of your team’s workflow. These types ensure your team members can only access the parts of the app needed to fulfill their particular duties. In this article, we’ll outline the differences among the administrator types and show you how to add a new administrator or change an administrator’s type.

What are the different administrator types?
1. Administrator: An Administrator has full control of all features, including adding titles, uploading and publishing screeners, and adding and deleting reviewers.
2. Content Manager: A Content Manager can manage titles and upload screeners. A Content Manager cannot manage reviewers or publish content.
3. Publicist: A Publicist can add reviewers, assign reviewers to titles, and set content-availability windows. A Publicist cannot upload the content itself.
As a Content Manager or Publicist, any pages you do not have access to will not appear in the navigation panel on the left side of the screen:

How do I add a new administrator?
First, click on Settings in the left-side panel. The Settings page is organized into two sections: Account Settings and Administrators. Under Administrators, click the Add button.
Content Managers and Publicists cannot add new administrators. Only Administrators can access this feature. |
Next, in the Add Admin window, enter the user’s first name, last name, and email address. The “Company” field is optional. Select the user’s type from the Admin Type menu. If you’re not sure which type to select, please see What are the different administrator types?
When you’re done, click the green Save button in the bottom right.
The new administrator will receive a welcome email letting them know they’ve been added to your network. The email will contain a Log In button, which will allow them to log in using their email address and set up their MFA. (MFA is required for all administrator types.)
How do I update an administrator’s name or type?
First, click on Settings in the left-side panel. On the Settings page, find the administrator you want to update in the Administrators section.
Hover over the administrator’s row, and click the Edit button at the end of the row.
This will open the Edit Admin window, where you can edit the user’s first or last name or update their administrator type. Note that you cannot edit the user’s email address.
How do I delete an administrator?
First, click on Settings in the left-side panel. On the Settings page, find the administrator you want to delete, and click the checkbox next to their name. A Delete button will appear at the top of the Administrators section.
When you click Delete, a popup window will ask you to confirm this action. Note that you can click multiple checkboxes to select and delete multiple administrators at once.
