Some networks require multifactor authentication (MFA) as an additional layer of security before you can watch a title. As a reviewer, you can turn on MFA for your account by following this step-by-step guide. If you’ve lost access to your MFA, please see our Multifactor Authentication FAQ.
Once you have enabled MFA, here’s how to log in:
First, go to the login page. If you received a Screeners.com email informing you a screener is available to watch, click the Watch Now button contained in the email. Or you can go directly to app.screeners.com.
Enter the email address associated with your Screeners.com account. Then, click Send Magic Link.
Check your inbox for an email from Screeners.com. Then, click the Login Now button contained in the email.
This will take you back to Screeners.com, where you will enter your MFA code. Check your authenticator app for your six-digit code.
Enter the code. Then, hit the Enter key on your keyboard or click Verify Code.
For security reasons, you have two minutes to complete this step. The two-minute window begins when you open the login link. If you take longer than two minutes, you’ll need to request a new login link.
You are now logged into Screeners.com.
Make sure you add a recovery number to your Screeners.com account. If you ever lose access to your MFA, a recovery number will help you get back into your account.
