Enable Autoplay in Your Browser
A reel presentation is designed to autoplay upon opening the presentation. However, autoplay is determined entirely by an individual viewer’s browser settings. These settings might be configured – either manually or by default – to block autoplay if a video is not muted, or to block autoplay altogether. In the event autoplay is blocked, a viewer must hit the play button in order to start playback. In this section, we’ll review how you can allow autoplay in different browsers:
Chrome
1. Open a presentation, and click the lock icon in the address bar. (This applies to both macOS and Windows.)
2. This will open a menu where you can select Site Settings.
3. On the Site Settings page, scroll down to Sound.
4. Turn on Allow.
