Bundled Presentations let you send multiple Library Presentations in one email. **Please note bundles are not universally seen by everyone who has access to see the Presentations list; you can only see the bundle presentations created in your own user account.**
Creating bundled presentations
- Click Presentations List.
- Click New in the presentation bundles panel.
- Enter a bundle name and click Create.
- Click the add (+) or remove (-) button in the My Presentations or Company Presentations tabs to add or remove presentations.
- Click and drag presentations into the desired order.
To send your bundle (see “Sending bundled presentations” below), use the bundle management options (see “Managing bundled presentations” below) or click Bundled List to access your other bundles.
Sending bundled presentations
- Click Presentation List and click on a bundle name.
- Click Share or Get Link.
- Enter the email addresses of your recipients; separate multiple emails with a comma or hard return.
- Enter a subject.
- Enter a message for your recipient(s); customize your message using the rich text editor.
- Select your presentation preferences (see “Presentation preferences” in Sending Library presentations).
- Click Preview before sending to make sure you are satisfied with your presentation.
- Click Edit to return to the presentation list and make changes to your bundle.
- Click Share when ready.
Managing bundled presentations
- Click Presentation List and click on a bundle name.
- Click Copy to make a duplicate of your bundle.
- Click Edit to rename your bundle.
- Click the add or remove button in the My Presentations or Company Presentations tabs to add or remove presentations.
- Click and drag presentations into the desired order.
- Click Bundle List and click the Delete (x) button to delete a bundle; confirm that you want to delete the bundle when prompted to terminate access to the presentations from the bundle link.
