Bulk Downloading In MediaSilo Desktop Application

If a Review Link or a single-playlist Presentation/Spotlight has download permissions enabled and multiple files have been shared, users have the option to bulk download all content using the Download icon. For the best experience, we recommend using the desktop app for bulk downloads.

Clicking the Download icon in review links or the Download All button in Presentation/Spotlight links will open a dropdown menu with the following options:

• Download via Desktop App
• Download via Browser

Note: The Download via Browser option supports file downloads only. If a Review Link contains both files and folders, only the files will be downloaded. To download folders, please install and use our desktop app.
