Weekly digest and storage-limit emails are back up and running. We also added an unsubscribe option to these emails.

If a WireDrive account is disabled, any “New” style presentations from that account will now display the message “This presentation has expired.”
When a Producer cannot delete a user because that user is a Project Manager, a popup window now states that an Administrator must choose a new Project Manager before the original one can be deleted.

Our live chat support is now accessible via the navigation bar along the top of the page. Just click Help > Live Chat Support.

As a Library administrator, you can now view and edit presentations made by every user in your account, including other users’ private presentations. Just open the Presentation list and look for the new Creator column to see who created a presentation. To learn more, please see How do I access a Sales Rep’s Private Presentations?

Thumbnails will now properly display when replacing thumbnails and files in Library.
Updating descriptions and active status on files within Library will now save properly.
Resolved an issue where you could not enter new metadata on inactive files within Library.
Resolved an issue where files were playing without audio in Reel presentations on Safari.

Uploading directly from your Dropbox account through our uploader now works as intended again. Previously, uploading from Dropbox would result in videos that wouldn't play back and some thumbnail issues.

We resolved an issue that prevented users from exporting their Library file information due to metadata being left empty. We've also made changes to prevent adding a Category to a file without a Tag.
We fixed an issue where previewing a presentation in Library was not possible for non-admins.
Finally, we optimized the "Migrate Project to MediaSilo" workflow for transition accounts to MediaSilo to ensure all projects moved over in larger batches are properly marked as "Moved" within Wiredrive.
