At this time, it is not possible to restore and/or re-assign categories and tags to your system. As we prompt each request with a confirmed delete, this deletes all records of this entry. Our systems currently do not keep backups of content that was explicitly requested for deletion by a user.
** It is important that all users have the right permissions so that these actions do not occur without full understanding of the repercussions.
What should I do?
- You will first need to create the categories or tags again as originally created.
- You will need to then re-assign those categories or tags to the corresponding assets by editing the asset.
Wiredrive does not offer a service to repopulate your categories and tags, and it is up to the client to repopulate any deleted content manually based on our terms of service.
