There are a few reasons why your login may not be working:
- Your password is wrong
- Your username is wrong
- You're visiting the wrong URL
- Your browser is cached with old login data
Your password is wrong
In most cases, you cannot log in because your password is incorrect. To regain access, you can ask an Administrator to manually change your password, or you can reset your password. To reset your password, you will need to know your username. Please see the following article on how to reset your password, and remember to check your spam folder for an email with a password-reset link.
For your account's security, our support team cannot provide you with your password, create a new password for you, or change your permissions.
Your username is wrong
If you don't know your username, please ask an Administrator in your Wiredrive system to share it with you.
You're visiting the wrong URL
You may have bookmarked or saved a link to your Wiredrive account. In many cases, the browser will cache data related to that page and its contents. If Wiredrive updates that page and you are still using old data, you may experience issues logging in. To resolve this:
- Please remove the bookmark associated with your Wiredrive account.
- Type in [yourcompany].wiredrive.com in the address bar.
- Our current login page will contain the following information in the URL: /apps/login?next=%2F. No other text should be in the URL once the page loads.
- Please make sure you see a "Sign In" button.
Your browser is cached with old login data
To clear your browser's cache, please see the following instructions:
- Clear Chrome browser Cache/Cookes
- Clear Firefox browser Cache/Cookies
- Clear Safari browser Cache/Cookies
