To download AHS (Active Health System) logs from an HPE you need iLO access.

iLO is accessible by navigating to <iLO_IP>:443 in a web browser with access to the iLO interface.

iLO server credentials can be found on the top of the server chassis.

Once logged into iLO, you can download the AHS logs by navigating to Information > Active Health System Log and choosing the "Download" option. That will download the AHS logs to the system you're accessing iLO through.

Note that the default AHS filename will include the system serial number, however if you wish to find that outside of downloading AHS logs, you can access it via iLO Information > Overview.
